Which cards do you accept?
We accept most UK debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or prepaid cards.
What payment plans do you offer?
Our most popular options are our 3, 4 and 6 month interest-free plans, where you pay 25% upfront and the rest over equal monthly instalments. Some retailers also offer longer interest-bearing plans, up to 9 or 12 months, depending on the purchase value and agreement terms.
Can I have more than one plan at a time?
Yes, you can, subject to approval. Each application is assessed on its own merits.
How are my payments taken?
Your payments are automatically taken from the same debit card used to set up the plan. No action needed, just make sure there are sufficient funds on your payment dates.
Will you run a credit check?
No credit check is required for plans up to £1,000. For higher amounts, we perform a soft affordability check that won’t affect your credit score.
